Our Voice
Our community is a wonderful place to live. That is why I'm excited to run for Metro Council. I am a Nashville native, a product of public schools, a soon to be new dad and a neighborhood leader. I want to listen to you and be a strong voice for our neighborhood and our city.
I have a strong background working with citizens on legislation that matters. When elected, I will go to work for you on our most pressing issues.

Education - Improving student achievement in the schools in the district by increasing parent and non-parent involvement, concentrating on structural improvements, ensuring qualified teachers and re-making schools as neighborhood centers and resources.
Crime & Safety — Tracking crime, working effectively with local community police officers and neighborhood associations, generating more effective neighbor-based "watch" groups and cracking down on crime "hot spots".
Affordable Housing & Home Ownership — Maintaining the district's high level of homeownership while leveraging incentives that continue to improve home value. Insuring quality relationships between area businesses and residential communities and encouraging community investment through revitalized neighborhood associations.
Small Business Development — Supporting locally owned businesses by improving neighborhood/business relations. Encouraging the development of an area small business association to work on employment training, crime reduction and neighborhood improvement.
